Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email support@unwindday.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins.
Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with the email address used for the order.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is usually estimated at 15-20 business days after processing, while expedited shipping is usually estimated at 4-15 business days where supported at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unwindday may offer free shipping promotions, including free shipping on qualifying orders when shown on site or at checkout. Final shipping options and rates are shown before payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.
Returns
What is your return window?
Eligible non-intimate items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags, liners and packaging where applicable.
Are intimates returnable?
For hygiene reasons, panties, bras, bodysuits and similar close-to-body items are not returnable unless the item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective. Please check each product page and our Return Policy before ordering.
Who pays return shipping?
Unwindday covers return shipping only for approved quality-related issues such as incorrect, damaged or defective items. Other approved returns are customer-paid.
Sizing & Fit
I am between sizes. What should I do?
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, softer band feel or extra coverage, sizing up is often the safer comfort-first choice. For closer layering pieces, follow your measurements more closely.
Are your bras padded or wire-free?
Many Unwindday bras and built-in-cup styles are designed around wireless comfort, soft support or flexible cups. Check the individual product page for padding, cup and support details.
What is the fit like: relaxed, slim or true to size?
Fit depends on the category. Loungewear and pajamas are usually easiest when they have room to move. Bras, underwear and base layers should feel secure without digging. Product pages may include more specific fit notes.
Is the fabric see-through?
Opacity depends on fabric weight, color and fit. Lighter colors and thinner fabrics may be more revealing, especially when stretched. If coverage is your top priority, choose darker colors or more substantial fabrics.

How do I choose between modal, cotton, silk and wool-touch fabrics?
Choose modal for smooth drape, cotton for familiar breathability, silk or silky-feel fabrics for a cooler elevated hand feel, and wool-touch options for lightweight warmth and layering.
What should I buy first from Unwindday?

How should I care for my pieces?
