This Shipping Policy explains how Unwindday processes and ships orders placed on www.unwindday.com.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States and other supported countries or regions. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates begin after processing.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method and order total or weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, including free shipping on qualifying orders when shown on site or at checkout. Promotion terms shown on site or at checkout apply.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: usually 15-20 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping: usually 4-15 business days after processing, where supported at checkout.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, national holidays and other events outside our control may affect timing.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Unwindday is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact support@unwindday.com immediately and we will do our best to help before shipment.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If reshipment is not requested, we may issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping fees where applicable.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email support@unwindday.com within 48-72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
